Are you sure that the desktop is not running a personal firewall and
that NetBIOS is bound to the adapter?

What does the output of this DOS command look like:
        C:\WINDOWS> NBTSTAT -A IP_ADDRESS

If you get a "Host not found" then there is nothing that Nessus can do
to retrieve this info.
