What do you have checked in the scanning preferences tab?

Subject: Scanning a server
I have the program installed and
setup correctly (a huge THANK YOU to Renaud Deraison). My
issue comes when I try to scan one of my servers this is not going through a
firewall. If I use just NMAP I can retrieve all open ports and get
information on the server. But when I try the same IP address using
Nessus the report comes back empty. If I run it on the local machine it
runs fine and I get all the data. As a newbie I know this is
something I am probably missing but it is worth asking or I will never learn.
Thank you for any assistance
JR
