I'm not sure what you mean by "document consolidated", but to import
scan results into Excel you could use either NessusWX (with csv output)
or the unix-based nessus client (saving as NBE and then reformatting as
csv).

Unless you've enabled session saving (both in the server and from the
client), the data aren't saved at all.  If you have enabled it, check in
the sessions directory under the Nessus user directory; eg,
/usr/local/var/nesssus/users/theall/sessions. 

Also, note that you can convert session data to NBE using my sd2nbe
filter: <http://www.tifaware.com/perl/sd2nbe/>.  And once in NBE, you
can use the unix-based nessus client to convert it into other formats.
