I reply to my self, I found the solution,

Instead to use "configure, make and make install" i Have used the installer
nessus-installer.sh , it was perfect, it has uninstall my old install and
made its job perfectly, it gone over libnet-config and finish successfully

I have another question but to don't mix several subject in the same mail I am
going to send another mail
