12090 - False Positives?

As I understand it from the Microsoft bulletin for MS04-008 
(http://www.microsoft.com/technet/security/bulletin/ms04-008.mspx), only 
Windows 2000 Server running Windows Media Services is vulnerable.  However, 
in testing today, we have had three Windows 2000 machines show up as 
vulnerable.

I am using plugins 12090, 12052, 12065, 12054, 12055, 11887, 11890, 11928, 
11145, 10861, 12091, 11808, 11835, and 11886.  I have "enable dependencies" 
selected, as well as safe checks.  I do not have registry access to the 
systems being tested.

Am I running something here that would make the 2000 Pro systems show up as 
vulnerable?
