There was a thread here the other day about the future of the client for Nessus. I
tried to look it up to find a convenient point to hook my idea to but it seems that
the Nessus mailing list archive is not working any more - the last entry on the menu
is "03 Dec 2003 to 09 Dec 2003" then followed by one for 23 Oct 2001 which contains a
mail from Renaud dated August 2004 (sic!).

Anyway, having tried to use the client for the first time in about a year today
(normally I just hack on the config file), it occurred to me that some sort of filter
mechanism for the plugin list would be an excellent usability feature. It took me
about 5 minutes to locate the one new plugin that I'd just added in the list of 2000+
that now exist. Would be good to have either a search mechanism or a way to say "only
show me things in family F where the plugin name contains P".
