You can run the nessus X client using the X11 that can be downloaded from apple. All you need to do is install the developer tools and use fink or darwin ports for the gtk bits. You can't use it with the terminal.app though. There have been some threads on the list and there is a guide posted on nessus.org (http://www.nessus.org/doc/nessus-2.0.9-on-panther.pdf).
