You are using non-standard paths. You'll need to install Nessus by
hand, doing :
[nessus-libraries]
./configure --with-ssl=/path/to/your/ssl/install
[nessus-core]
Make sure that gtk-config is in your PATH and that
gtk-config --cflags returns accurate data.
