Hi,

scanning ports 1-15000 on machine behind a (PIX) firewall with
synscan.nes takes about 6 hours. I could of course deactivate
this scanner, but not all machines in this scan are behind the
firewall. Clustering targets based on topology and scanning using
different configs is of course possible but not elegant.

Couple of questions:
1) is this 6 hour run-time expected?
2) is there a way to specify the maximum run-time for scanners?
3) What are the recommended port scanners for machines behind a
firewall?
