The only dependency I currently see for that plugin is with smb_accessible_shares_copyrighted_content.nasl (11777). This may seem basic, but depending on the setting of auto_enable_dependencies unless one or both plugins (ie, 10396 and 11777) are explicitly disabled in your config file, 10396 will end up being run.
