Sure, but if I were Renauld and had lawyers letters sitting on your desk
threatening suits which I can't afford to defend (even though I know
they are crap) then I know what *I* would do.  The only hope is that one
of the big players will call these bastards' bluff and be prepared to go
to court (preferably in the US) to establish the standings of these
issues.
