This problem sure seems like it's due to Cisco Security Agent. Have you spoken with the folks in charge to have them review the Management Center to see CSA's responsible? Or can you have them configure it to run in Test Mode on your machine while you run your scans? Alternatively, can you log traffic from your PC to see what happens when the connection is dropped?
