Totally up to date. I had this problem with previous releases, but before
reporting it upgraded to 2.0.12, and ran nessus-update-plugins before
running a final test.

I fact, I don't think auto_enable_dependencies is to blame now. I did a run
against a WinXP SP2 host using a domain admin account (i.e. it had local
admin rights) with all options turned on (including disabling safe_checks)
and it still says it has all these vulnerabilities

I'm going to try 2.1 under Fedora Core 2 and see what that reports next
