This is going to degenerate into a typical "define GPL for me" war again.
Please people, if you are going to *mention* the word GPL - please ensure you've done your homework on it and other forms of copyright as well. It's pretty ugly stuff - but I for one am beginning to hear threads of the same conversations I've heard over the years for other GPLed software.
(i.e. there's a bit that says you're allowed to have more than one copyright. i.e. it's totally all right for Tenable to sell "licensed" copies of Nessus for $1,000,000 a copy if they wish and to give it away under the GPL *AT THE SAME TIME*. Two different licenses - one owner)
