It would probably help to also get the "real" message that comes from
connecting so Renaud can get that in, or whomever maintains plugins
these days.

I suppose you are reffering to the ircd part below?

It's the deamon itself that complains. I get the same error message,
if
I connect/disconnect/connect/... too fast.
