Hi there --

One possibility is the nessusd binary is not running in daemon mode. The syntax
to use
is <path to nessusd>/nessusd -D. The plugins should then subsequently load.
After that
you can try running the nessus binary.

Subject: Nessusd host - Problem logging in

Greetings,
I just installed Nessus 2.2.2. on a Fedora machine and created a user.
Problem is I don't seem to be able to log in. Error message is:

Could not open a connection to localhost.

Any ideas?
Thank you very much for any help.
