Not sure if I read this correctly.. If the button is gone in the newer version then I am not sure I agree with it.
Many times a person may wish to "Enable all but dangerous", then turn on one additional unsafe plugin and run with unsafe option (ie; SMB login as users).. Without the ability to enable all but dangerous, all dangerous scripts would run unless manually going through and turning each of them off.
