I've read all the relevant posts and nothing applied

I registered an for full package and entered code. If
I do nessus-fetch plugins it says nessus-fetch is
properly configured to receive a direct plugin feed. I
then nessus-update-plugins and then nessus -D and get
2142 plugins. But I still receive the message that you
are running a version of Nessus which is not
configured to receive a full plugin feed.
You have not downloaded the plugins properly. Try to run 'nessus-update-plugins -vv' and see if you actually download the plugins. Also try to run nessus-fetch manually and see if you can download them.
That message is given by the gpl_feed.nasl plugin, if it has not been overwritten by nessus-fetch it will generate that message. Otherwise it will just exit(0);
If I killall and try again it says 714 (out of 2142)and same message then All plugin loaded. I changed default plugin directory in nessusd.conf to my home directory. Everything else works. I just can't understand why I keep getting message that Nessus is not configured to receive a full plugin feed.
You have not downloaded the plugins for whatever reason. I have tested the nessus-fetch (and nessus-update-plugins) script from 2.2.3 on a Debian system and they run fine, so I'm not sure where the problem might be...
