I am trying to create a a NASL pluggin that will detect remote NIC cards using the common SNMP vulnerabilities.
The purpose of this script is to identify targets with more then one NIC card installed in their system. SNMP will display NIC interface data, I have already seen the result in 'snmpget' I am looking for some direction as to where I can find an example of this script. Has it already been created? There is a pluggin called 'snmp_interface' that seems to do exactly what I am looking for, but the desired result is not the same. It only displays info about the SNMP vulerability, not how many nics are installed. Any suggestions?
