Daren, Did you happen to open the XML file into XML Spy or some other editor? It looks like something has updated the stylesheet reference to an absolute path.
The top of the XML file should look something like this: <?xml version="1.0" encoding="iso-8859-1"?> <!-- nessus.xsl can be found in the nessus-tools directory --> <?xml-stylesheet type="text/xsl" href="nessus.xsl"?> It's also possible that the XSL you're using has external references that are not being fulfilled.
