We have compiled some xsl stylesheets to form the nessus data into html 
from that point you can do what you need to do with the data.  We 
extract the nbe and xml formatted reports from our scans and then run 
our stylesheets against them. Of course we also have our own generated 
set of plugins we run against servers to help minimize repetitive data 
and information we do not need or want. The stylesheets we started 
working from can be found here and we also combined it with elements 
from the xsl in the nessus tools section. ...........

I have seen some work on xsl conversion to Rich text or even Word 
Document format but I have not had the time to play with converting 
directly to one of the formats for better editing ability and 
distribution format. If anyone has any examples of their conversions 
using either method please share if you are able to!
