They are available immediately. The case you hilight is a special one,
as the plugin has been rewritten from scratch (ie: it's not the same
plugin as before) and this situation had not been taken in account when
the rotation scripts have been written.
It will fall under the registered feed very shortly, and I'll fix the
script for the future.
