connect function is not called in batchmode. I don't want to buy visual studio
to debug or understand what nessuswx needs to run in batch mode.
Unless Newt has a version of nessuswx that is not limited to class C address
space, I have no other option but to look at the source code. I am currently running nessusd on a freebsd 5.3 under VMware on a Windows XP machine and nessuswx on Windows XP.
nessuswx and nessusd work great.
I want to automate the scanning.
I also want to run the
scan from the command line in a cmd.exe window under Win XP so
I can use the resulting sql and/or NBE file as input to a
MS SQL script or I input to an excel spread sheet or
the logparser toolkit in order to create a chart.
