Not directly .. But you can run the client via command line (or GUI) and end up with easily parseable .nbe output files which can very simply me imported into your favorite DB.
Plus ... While the attack is running there is a /tmp/nessus-xxxx tmp file that has up to date status info before the .nbe is written .. So you could use that too if you're crafty enough.
