The answer is righ in front of you! Install uudecode.
If you don know how to do that hire someone who does, find a local linux
group and see if they can help, ....
But these skills are requirements for a system administrator. (And someone
installing software on a system has declared himself as such regardless of
the computer system or operating system at hand.)
