As you can see, the "kb dont replay attacks " is set to no
Also, are there any particular logs which will help you debug this ? I am new to Nessus and would appreciate if you
let me know the path where I shall be able to find the logs

Did you perhaps configure nessus not to replay attacks that are already
stored in the kbs? If you show use the logs it will help us debug the
problem.
