In nessuswx 1.4.4 , security_note and security_warning were flagged
as MEDIUM.
security_note is not a medium risk and should have been flagged as
LOW (or NONE).
This bug has been fixed in 1.4.5 and later and it is the reason why
you don't have the same results.

PS: note that 1.4.5 and later break compatibility with session files
from 1.4.4 due to an overflow fix.
