thats what Install-Packages are for.
There is no deinstallation routine in the NessusClient source package.
Note, that you don't need and you should not install NessusClient
as root on your system when build directly from source tarball!
Just as a normal user compile NessusClient and run ./bin/NessusClient.
NessusClient does not conflict with the old "nessus" client.
They can coexist on your system.
