Here was my 2.x comands:
/usr/local/bin/nessus -x -c /home/nessus/nessusrc_all -T nbe -q
localhost 1241 user pass /home/nessus/targets.txt /home
/nessus/nessus_output
That should still work, except that you want to use /opt/nessus/bin/
nessus.
What error are you getting ? (if any)
