Are you running an older version of Nessus on this machine? Unless you're running under FreeBSD, nessus-fetch in Nessus 3 should be in /opt/nessus/bin rather than /usr/local/bin. Also, this particular error arises because you have an invalid line in nessus-fetch.rc.
