If you want the tightest system with GUI capability, just use Fluxbox as
your WM and the GTK libraries (for Nessus 2). If you just want the
server on the box, don't install X at all. Let the client take care of that.

I say version 2 because I haven't tried v3 on RH/Fedora. It might have
the same requirements.
