We will be putting on a Nessus workshop, and are trying to work with the license issue.

Our plan is to set up each attendee with a virtual Linux box that is running Nessus. The attendee will be able to connect to their virtual Linux box with a windows client, and scan a test computer (We may be downloading a honey-pot image or two to make the findings more enjoyable)

Our question is this. If we make a virtual PC image with a registered version of Nessus on it, and then copy the image files to 30 computers, what does Nessus do? Will Nessus burp at us and make us register each one individually? The duration of the workshop is 1.5 hours, if that matters much.
