One option may be to create an entry for it in your /etc/init.d/ directory. Then add it to your services for the specific runlevel.

I've a Linux server in wich we intall nessus, coul you let me know if it's
some way to add nessusd -D at the startup file in linux, because each time
that the server boot I've to put it manually :(
