Would you provide details on your environment (OS, version of Nessus)?
You mentioned your turned antivirus off.. this suggests you're on a
Windows host. If so, please send a note to '[EMAIL PROTECTED]' so
that we can better coordinate reports about our Windows beta.

Also, have you quoted the exact error message above?

And finally, have you changed any of the defaults when you try running a
scan?
