When I run "nessus -qxpS host 1241 user pass" remotely it returned

My nessusd.conf has the following settings:
auto_update = yes
auto_update_delay = 24
After some weeks, nessus reached 11K plugins download and installed
automatically. But the problem is: As I did not restart nessusd,
when I
run "nessus -qxpS host 1241 user pass" again it returns the same 10K
plugins. It seems that I need to restart nessusd in order to have
all the
latest plugins returned via "nessus -qxpS host 1241 user pass".
nessusd should have restarted. Could you tell us more about the OS/
distro you use and send us the output of :
grep nessusd-update /opt/nessus/var/nessus/logs/nessusd.messages
