Dear Kiatkachorn,
You have two options, place a nessus scanner behind the firewall
close to the server you want to scan or configure the firewall to
allow the scan to come through.
If you are using Windows, then you might not be used to running
Nessus on a separate server. In that case, ask your firewall
administrator to allow your IP through the firewall. If the firewall
is a NAT device, you have to either forward all scans to one target
IP or you must physically install the scanner behind the firewall.
For configuring Nessus to perform a scan, please refer to the
documentation on nessus.org for credentialed scanning.
