Go to <http://www.nessus.org/download/> and select either the Nessus
2.2.x installer or source code option; the first choice is better for
those unfamiliar with configure and make.

That said, I'm not aware of anyone actually using SCO Open Server as a
platform for Nessus. While unlike another response you might have seen,
you're welcome to post to the mailing list. Just realize that few people
are likely to be familiar with it. Thus, if it's an option for you,
you'd be better off switching to a more popular platform. Tenable even
provides pre-compiled versions of Nessus 3.x for several platforms,
which would make installation a snap.
