What did you want to know? The command line of "nessus" on
Unix shows most of the options. We haven't gotten many
requests for command line documentation for the Windows
version of Nessus. Below is output from the NessusCmd.exe
file:

C:\Program Files\Tenable\Nessus>NessusCmd.exe
NessusCmd -- Copyright (C) 2003 - 2006 Tenable Network Security
Usage: NessusCmd [scan target] <plugin policy name>
Please use quotation mark if the name of the plugin set contains whitespace.
If no plugin set specified, 'allsafe' will be used by default.
Examples are:
NessusCmd localhost allsafe
NessusCmd 192.168.0.1-192.168.0.10 all
NessusCmd 192.168.0.1-192.168.0.10 "Port Scan"

What are your trying to accomplish with Nessus on Windows?

As for NessusWX, Tenable has been maintaining that project
for some time now. We have not made a separate set of documentation
for it, but do include examples of using it in the Nessus 3
Client guide and the new host-based compliance documentation.
Both are below:
