Nessus 3.0 / Suse 10
Up until 082506 I was getting my plugins downloaded at 1100 daily
(approximately). I decided to download the patches using the nessus-fetch
--plugins
By default, Nessus 3.x automatically downloads plugin updates so unless
you've disabled this ("auto_update = no" in nessusd.conf), there's no
need really to run nessus-fetch manually.

Before updating plugins, Nessus will first grab the MD5 checksum for the
plugins tarball and compare that to what you have locally. Only if
there's a difference will Nessus then try to update the plugins.
That said, perhaps there's just nothing to update - 8/26 was a Saturday,
and sometimes we have to rest. :-) Are you seeing any errors when you
try to do an update? If not, wait a day or two as I'm sure there will
something published today.
