Hi there,

The reports Nessus can make largely depend on the client
you are using to view the data.

- Nessus 3 for Windows saves as HTML and XML
- Nessus 3 clients for UNIX also save as HTML (a different
  format)
- Nessus 3 on OS X can save as PDF
- NessusWX can save as word docs

There are other types of clients as well. Tenable Network
Security also offers a product named Security Center that
does a wide variety of reporting such as by asset group,
time discovered or locked down just to what a certain user
has been authorized to see.

Lastly, if you are working with a bank, you might want to
consider extending your Nessus with a Direct Feed subscription.
This will allow you to not only audit the vulnerabilities of
the system(s) you are testing, but to also test their underlying
configuration at policies we've written or you can write for
your customer.
