I've found the easiest way is to make a config file using the gui that
has the options you want, at least until you remmeber all of the options
you want and can write the config file by hand. Then point nessus at the
config file from the command line using the -c option

In the config file, port_range defines the port range, and you can do
things like 1-134,136-65535 to exclude ports.
