I figured it out, there is a SSH Settings plugin that I probably looked over
100 times in NessusWX

Go to Plugins / Configure Plugins / SSH Settings.

Hi,

I'm having a problem getting HP-UX Local Security checks to run from a
NessusWX client to a HP-UX 11.11 nessusd server.

Windows XP Pro w/ Nessus Version 1.4.5
HP-UX 11.11 w/ Nessus version "Nessus A.07.00-2.2.8
Security Scanner" <--loaded from HP's Internet Express CD so 2.X version
of Nessus.

I can get them to run on the HP server from Unix GUI, but I really can't
figure out where to set this up on the Windows side in NessusWX.

I've read several documents and mailing list entries and they all seem to
address unix to unix or unix to linux etc.

I also read the following pdf but I'm still lost.
http://www.nessus.org/documentation/nessus_credential_checks.pdf

I loaded putty on my windows PC and puttygen.exe to generate keys but I'm
not sure how to tell NessusWX what to do w/ them.

This is the message on the HP side from nessusd.messagse, you see this for
each patch.

hpux_PHCO_26385.nasl against 148.170.68.41 because the key
Host/HP-UX/swlist is missing (this is not an error)
This doc talks about local checks and talks a little about windows.

http://www.nessus.org/documentation/index.php?doc=ssh#WHAT.LOCAL.CHECKS.ARE

I had this working at one time w/ just a TLS connection (no ssh) from the
NessusWX client to an HP 11.11 server but when I re-installed Nessus it
started failing w/
the above messages.

Thanks !
