Hi all, Nessus reports that patch MS05-038 is missing on our W2K-Clients for a short time. According to smb_nt_ms05-038.nasl the file mshtml.dll should have at least version number 6.0.2800.1515. In our case it is 6.0.2800.1590. So it is a false positive. I think this behaviour relates to other Microsoft patches though I can't say which. All I can say is that earlier this year nessus correctly reported that this patch was installed. This beaviour concerns a few other plugins too. But I have not yet analyzed these in detail.
