These two are C-language plugins: nessus_tcp_scanner.nes and synscan.nes. They should have been installed as part of your initial install and are not updated by nessus-update-plugins / nessus-fetch. If they don't currently exist in your plugins directory, you will need to re-install the plugins or Nessus itself (depending on how Nessus was installed) and then do a plugins update.
