I have a similar setup (linux based though).

What i do is update the plugins on the online computer.
zip all the contents of the plugins folder (for you it is C:\Program
Files\Tenable\Nessus\plugins\)
burn that zip to a cd
unzip that cd to the non-internet connected PC's same folder, overwriting
everything.

I assumed this was a viable option and everything was working. Is that
incorrect?

How to install Nessus for Windows 3.0.6 plugins offline?

I am running Nessus for Windows 3.0.6.1 on a laptop that I cannot connect
to the internet for security reasons. How can I update the Nessus plugins
on this laptop after I have downloaded the plugins from an internet
connected workstation?

Thank you in advance to whomever can answer my question,

Marc
