When I didn't see the Windows COmpliance checks I was looking that the default policy. If you Edit the default policy -> Advanced -> Drop Down Menu the "Windows Compliance Checks" are missing.
I normally don't edit default policy, but I was looking at the new client and was wondering what had changed.
