Which version of Nessus 3 were you using? Did you enable safe checks and/or thorough tests? Btw, there is a plugin that should detect Netware and prevent it from being scanned to avoid such issues -- plugin #22482 (dont_scan_netware.nasl). By default, it's set to prevent such scans. Did you configure Nessus to indeed scan Netware? If not, were any of TCP ports 80, 81, or 8009 open on a target?
