I then manually altered the rule and ran it against such hosts - but it still didn't work. :-( I don't get it. "It is possible to enumerate services" worked correctly and shows Panda services. From how I read panda_antivirus_installed.nasl, it should be marking the hosts as having working installs of Panda - but instead is flagging them as "not running". Here's a dump of services containing "Panda" (straight out the Nessus-3.0.6 report), hopefully someone can figure out what's going wrong: Panda ClientShield [version 04.01.13.0000] Panda AdminSecure Communications Agent [ PAVAGENTE ] Panda AdminSecure Scheduler [ PavAtScheduler ] Panda Process Protection Service [ PavPrSrv ] Panda Antivirus Report Service [ PavReport ] Panda Antivirus Service [ PavSrv ] Panda IManager Service [ PsImSvc ] -- Cheers Jason Haar Information Security Manager, Trimble Navigation Ltd.
