He then answered, "No. default is just the content of Nessus services file." Based on that, I was thinking the services.txt file is different than the 'Nessus services file'. But, at your suggestion, I tried altering the services.txt file, including stopping and restarting the Nessus service, I rescanned and it appears to have excluded the port. I put the port back in the services.txt file and stopped and restarted the service and it's including that port now. Thanks for the help! It's a plain text file, you should be able to edit out any port you don't want, and save it. Port 5000 is listed.
