Hi This is my initial attempt to implement the windows version of Nessus (v3.2.0 build 2G281_Q). Install went well. I AM ABLE to log on to the local server and CAN scan my local ip address (192.168.8.108). The scan has what I believe are accurate results of open ports found.
I am using the administrator account and have shut down the windows firewall. I am NOT ABLE to scan any other systems on my subnet nor systems on an adjacent subnet (192.168.9.0/24). The scanning message starts - runs for a few seconds - and stops with no output. Is anyone having similar results on Vista?
